📝 If you have any additional notes about your scent goals, please leave a note with your order at checkout. (Examples: "I want a lot of lavender with just a hint of earth." Or, "I'm going for something that smells like Adore." Or, "I don't want a top note, I just want rose and sandalwood!")
💌 We will reach out via email to confirm if we have any questions, then your custom scent will be hand-blended by Stefanie and shipped to you ASAP.

Solid products (like deodorant, balm, butter,) but you can wash out the jars and send them in to be refilled with a powdered product - like cleanser, setting powder, dry shampoo, etc
Everything else can be refilled.
Mail-in refills are only available to members of our Patreon (all levels!) and shipping is always free.

Subscriptions are self-service. Cancel your order yourself any time before your next charge date.
To pause, edit, switch, or cancel your subscription orders and to edit your subscription shipping address, log into your account and click on the "My Subscriptions" button.
Updating your subscription address is a SEPARATE ACTION from updating the default address on your Twinkle customer account. Update both to make sure you get your order.
If you move, you are responsible for updating your shipping address before your next charge date. Orders shipped to the wrong address will not be refunded or replaced.
