Meet Mulholland

Just a few fragrances left to share with you during this last week of Perfume June!
Today, meet Mulholland.
Official description:
SO SoCal. Twinkle Apothecary's Mulholland fragrance is inspired by Los Angeles gardens in the spring. Heady floral jasmine plays with warm, sunny bergamot and neroli, while grounding sandalwood keeps it polished and sophisticated. Wear this one whenever you need a little more sunshine in your life!
How it got it's name:
I literally named this after the street in Los Angeles. When I lived there, I would take my son for long walks from my apartment off of Ventura Blvd. all the way up through the hills to Mulholland Drive. My neighborhood was so fragrant during the spring - everyone had jasmine in their yard, tons of citrus trees, and just a nice, sunshine-y warmth that made me feel grounded and happy. (I miss it a lot!)
What it's made of:
bergamot oil, jasmine (grandiflorum) absolute, neroli oil, sandalwood oil
Color:
Very light yellow
Viscosity:
Light. There may be a bit of sandalwood settling at the bottom of the bottle, but not much!
Top notes:
fresh, sharp, citrusy bergamot
Middle notes:
warm, sweet jasmine and neroli
Base notes:
woody, (kind of nutty) sandalwood
Aromatherapy benefits:
This perfume feels like a hug. It has antidepressant, uplifting, calming properties that will put you in the best mood! I love to take a bath in Mulholland salt soak before bed because it makes me sleep like a baby!
Pairs well with:
Basic, Blissed, Close, Dolce Vita, Goddess, Florcore
Give it your own unique twist by adding:
lemon, orange, grapefruit, ylang ylang, vanilla, chamomile, ginger, vetiver, patchouli, palmarosa, lavender, frankincense, geranium, violet leaf
Staying power:
Great! This is a strong scent, and the sandalwood anchors down the lighter notes nicely. It will definitely last on your skin for a while.
