Why we put coffee in pretty much everything.

Why we put coffee in pretty much everything.

Have you noticed that we kind of have a (Gilmore Girls level type) thing for coffee here at Twinkle Apothecary? ;)

Aside from adding roasted Coffea Arabica oil to my fall fragrance, Cardigan, I also make a straight-up coffee perfume, (because, yum, why not?)

But if you've tried my magical all-purpose-emollient Beauty Butter or life-saving Eye Serum, you've might be wondering why they smell a bit like coffee also.

It's actually not for the smell.

It's because coffee bean oil is good for your skin!

It is rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and phytosterols, which quickly penetrate to deeply moisturize and heal dry skin. It also contains a tiny bit of caffeine, which acts as an astringent to tighten and de-puff.

It's said to be good to treat mature, aging skin;

dry, cracked skin;

eczema and psoriasis;

dry, damaged hair;

and chapped lips!

See what I mean by magical?

If you're intrigued, I highly suggest checking out our November box. It contains a full size coffee perfume and eye serum, as well as a sample of beauty butter, (which will last you forever, btw) and Cardigan perfume, along with some other fun stuff that you don't want to miss, all for just $30! (It's a $48 retail value.)

The cutoff to order is November 17th at 12pm Central... after that, you may have to order them a la carte. (Check out the links below...)

I'm so excited to ship these boxes out on Friday. I can't wait for you to try everything!
